Frank Howell's paintings drew inspiration from his own Lakota Sioux heritage, and his art captured the relationship between the physical and spiritual worlds in the culture. Here is a rare print signed by Frank and dated 9/16/1985. Nice framed example which after 45 minutes searching, including Chat GPT5, only one other copy was found in a smaller size for sale on eBay for $179 unframed.
